Quick Access Toolbar
The quick access toolbar is a way to put your favorite frequently used menu buttons so that they are always available for selection regardless of the selected menu.
Here is an example of menu buttons that have been added to the quick access toolbar:
To add a new option to your quick access tool bar, simply right click on the option and select "Add to Quick Access Toolbar":
Similarly, you can right click on an option on the quick access tool bar and remove it:
The tool bar can be placed either above or below the ribbon. Placing it at the top, as shown below does save screen real estate.
The Ribbon Position can be repositioned, below or above the ribbon. by clicking the down arrove as shown below and selecting the bottom message.
