Updating your Project Palette from the Yarn Catalog

Yarn Catalog

The yarn catalog, as shown from the Tools Menu, has yarns organized by the supplying company. Click the "arrow". on the left to expand into Yarn Lines. The screen show below shows the LoftyFiber supplied yarns expanded:

Adding All Colors for a Selecte Yarn to the Palette

To replace the current project palette with all the colors from the selected yarn, with the yarn selected (in the above example, Eurofllax 30/2), click the colorful icon. at the top to add all the colors to the current palette:

A warning will appear asking if you want to replace all the unused colors in the palette with the selected yarn colors:

Click "Yes" to continue.

Any colors in the palette not in use will be removed. The colors from the selected yarn will be added to the palette.

Note that any colors currently in use are not removed; those colors will still show in the active palette as well as the available colors below.

Adding Single Colors to the Palette

Navigate to the yarn whose color(s) you want to add. As shown below, the Lofty Cotton 8/2 Yarn is opened to view the colors, and the Cloud Grey color is selected.

Click the same colorful icon as used for the entire line. Now hover over the colors in the palette. The Euroflax 30/2 colors will be in the palette, as well as the single color of the Lofty 8/2 Cotton in Color Cloud Grey as shown below.
