#### Dobby Support in TempoWeave

TempoWeave **currently supports Louet dobby looms**.\
Support for additional dobby loom models is on our **development roadmap**.

**Dobby Options in the Tools Menu**

There are two options related to dobby use:

1. **Dobby Icon**
   * Opens the **Dobby Screen**
   * From here, you can:
     * **Configure the port** for your loom
     * **Weave the current draft** using dobby controls (Forward, Reverse, Set Pick, etc.)
2. **Prepare Threading WIF**
   * Generates a **new draft** where the **treadling mirrors the threading**
   * Ideal for use during loom setup
   * Especially useful on **high-shaft dobby looms** to **raise each shaft individually** while threading — a method that helps reduce errors
