# Data Deletion

## Request data deletion

To delete your TempoWeave Studio cloud account and any drafts, snapshots, repositories, or crash reports associated with it:

1. Email [**support@loftyfiber.com**](mailto:support@loftyfiber.com) with the subject "Delete my data."
2. Include the email address tied to your TempoWeave account.

Requests are processed within 30 days. After deletion, your account and all associated data are permanently removed; uploaded patterns can no longer be recovered.

If you only want to delete *individual patterns* (without removing your account), you can do that from within the app: open your Cloud Library → select the pattern → Delete.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.tempoweave.com/installation-and-licensing/data-deletion.md?ask=<question>
```

The question should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
