# Project Notes

**Project Notes** allow you to enter a **Title** (which may be used on reports), the **Author**, and additional **Notes**.

You may also add **Tags** to help classify and organize drafts. These tags are available for filtering in the **Browse Drafts** function: [Browse Drafts (show draft thumbnails)](/help-by-menu-tabs/file-menu/browse-drafts-show-draft-thumbnails.md)

To add a tag, type the tag name in the field below **Tags** (shown with the example text *“Plain Weave”*), then click **Add**.\
Tags can be removed by clicking the **×** icon next to the tag. In the example shown, the project is tagged with *“Linen”* and *“Towel”*.

Click **Apply** to save any information entered in Project Notes.

The **Print Project** function, also found under the **File** menu, may be launched directly from this screen: [Print (formatted reports)](/help-by-menu-tabs/file-menu/print-formatted-reports.md)

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.tempoweave.com/help-by-menu-tabs/project-menu/project-information/project-notes.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
