File Group
Home Menu
The first options on the Home menu are in the File Group. These options are also on the File Mneu, but for convenience, they also appear on the Home menu.
New - File New
Open - Open
Browse - Browse Drafts (show draft thumbnails)
Recent Files - Recent Designs
Save and Save As - Save and Save As
Lock - Lock a file that you have finished to avoid accidental updates.
Lock a Draft
Prevent unintentional changes to a draft that is considered complete by clicking the lock icon on the File group in the home menu.
This Lock is a toggle.
To lock a file, simply click the Lock icon. You'll receive a message that the file is locked and updates are prevented. Save the draft after changing the Lock status.
To unlock a locked file, click Lock and answer the prompt asking if you want to unlock the draft.
